The park of Oberhofen is one of the most superb gardens of its kind in the alpine region. With its distinctive selection of trees, exotic woods, a shady alcove and colourful flower parterres, this historic garden is an ideal oasis to stroll around and enjoy.

| Children‘s Chalet | Pergola |
Leaving the castle and turning right, you reach the upper boxwood garden. The children’s chalet is situated close to the giant sequoias and was built by Count Frederic de Pourtalès for his grandchildren. In the eastern corner of the park is the alpine garden with a rare collection of conifers, a children’s play ground and a romantic pergola. At the shore, an eye-catching Swiss cross is laid out in colourful flowers.
